What you need to know…

The benefits of participating in yoga are very well known and too numerous to list! From gaining flexibility to building strength to improving your posture, you’ll just feel plain happier. So get focused, build some inner-strength, and sign up for a yoga class at PhysioSense!

We currently offer yoga classes on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm.  Drop-ins are welcomed, but we strongly suggest you call ahead and reserve a floor space.  If Tuesdays don’t work for you, let us know! We love feedback and would consider holding classes on other days/nights if the interest is there.
